 Today I had online classes to take for std. VIII. The chapter 'Solutions' was continued. Model was used to teach the topic. Some materials were required to present it in the class. They were collected and the topic was prepared well. Classification of mixtures was planned to take using CAM. There was more pupil participation so that they could attain the concept themselves.

 I had online classes to take for std. IX. The time for class was from 8:45 to 9:30 pm. The topics Work-Energy principle and potential energy were taken. Pictures were collected and presented during the class. It was easier to present contents through google meet by sharing screen. Some equations were derived. Follow up activities were given.

 Today also we went to school and the classes for std. X started as usual. Online classes were arranged in the evening for VIII std. from 6:30 pm to 8 pm and for IX standard from 8 pm to 9:30 pm. We should take the online classes for our subjects in the respective day as per the timetable for online class.

     Online class was there in the evening. Class started at 6:30 pm. The unit 'Solutions' was continued in standard VIII.       The topic saturated and unsaturated solutions were planned to take today. Solutions were prepared and the necessary materials were collected. Students attended the class through google meet. The class was taken by demostrating experiments and showed the result to students. They responded clearly and correctly.

      Today we came to school on time. There were offline classes for X standard students. We have to take online classes in the evening. There was online class for class VIII from 6:30 pm to 8 pm.        I started the unit 'Solutions'. The necessaery apparatus and materials were collected to demonstrate experiments and to prepare the solutions. Google meet link was provided earlier and pictures were presented through slides.

      Today also we went to school. Students of VIII and IX standards need not come to school as per Govt. order. Only X standard students and all the teachers came today. Online classes start from Monday onwards.

      The school was closed partly. Only X standard students were present today. They had exams also. Exam started at 10 am.        Also a vaccination camp was started at school. Many students from X standard took vaccination who were above 15 years old. Some of the B. Ed trainees got vaccination registeration duty at the camp. The names must be written in the register.

       Today may be our last offline class at school. The classes for standards upto IX will be online after today. Today I took a health education class in VIII C on the topic Nutrition. The topic was well prepared and presented in the class. Charts and powerpoint presentation were prepared to show the definitions and table.

 Today also there were exams and also classes in between them for VIII and IX standard students. I got a class in VIII G2 in the second period and I conducted diagnostic test. In the third period, I took class in VIII G1. Today our optional teacher came to school and observed my class. Teacher really liked the class and appreciated me.😊

      Today we conducted our conscientization programme which is prescribed in the B. Ed curriculum. The topic taken was 'Gender Equality'. We chose VIII D division to present our topic. We invited school headmaster and class teacher to the programme. Video and slides were prepared. Brochure was also prepared.        The programme started with a prayer sung by Greeshma Babu. Welcome speech was delivered by Arsha S Pillai. Headmaster delivered the presidential address. Rajalekshmi teacher gave felicitations for the programme. The programme started by presenting a video by me. The talk was continued by Sruthi. Vote of thanks was delivered by Jemsin. The programme was conluded by National anthem sung by Sreelekshmi. Jyothilekshmi made brochure for the programme.

 Today I got a period in VIII G1. The unit 'Magnetism' was continued. The class was separate and also there were exams for the students. Unit test series is going on in the school for all classes. Students are interested to see activities done using magnets.

 Today was the 19th day at school. There were two exams in the first and fourth period. I got two classes in the second and third period on VIII G1 & VIII G2 respectively. The unit 'Magnetism' was continued. Activity method was used to take the class.

 Today also, there were exams for VIII & X standard students. For VIII standard, exams were at the first and fourth period from 10 am to 10:45 am and from 12 pm to 12:45 pm. The had classes in the second and third period. We also get substitution periods.

      Today, unit test exams were started. There was exam for VIII and IX standard students. The second period was alloted for regular class. Exam was conducted for std. IX in the remaining periods. I got class IX I in the second period.       Today, Aksharamuttam Quiz Programme was conducted for students at 12 pm. Students were informed about the quiz a day before.

 Today I reached the school by 9:30 am. There was a nees about strike due to a political murder. But the students were told to come. The exams for VIII and X standard students was postponed due to the strike. After the first period, the school was dispersed. Teachers and teacher trainees went home in the evening.

 Today I had class on VIII G in the first period. I taught them the chapter 'Chemical change'. The topic taken was Electrochemical reactions. The lesson was taken through ICT model. Students were interested to study by seeing the visual representation of experiements.

 The classes satrted by 10 am. There are four periods in total. On the third period, I got a substitution on standard IX B. Some children were absent today. I gave some Mathematics problems to them. Some students are weak in Mathematics even to solve simple calculations. I gave multiplication and division problems and called each one to solve them. The regular classes ended at 1 pm. 

 Today I had a class for VIII standard in the first period. 'Photochemical reactions' was taken from the unit 'Chemical Change'. The class consistsof half students of the total number due to covid protocols. The next batch comes on another day.

 Today also, there were 4 periods from 10 am to 1 pm. The same students who were present in the last day was present today also. I had no classes today. We went to serve the mid day meal at noon.

 After the christmas vacation, school reopened today. The timetable was changed. Each class students has to come 3 days a week. The first batch of a class come on Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday and the second batch on Thursday, Friday & Saturday. There are 4 periods of 45 minutes each. The school time is from 10 am to 1 pm. We stay at school till 3:45 pm.
